Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the w220 platform via the website or mobile app, you agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the w220 platform management. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
The w220 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. w220 reserves the right to request document verification at any time to confirm a user's identity and age.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the w220 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any remaining balances or bonuses.
You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your account details with anyone. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the w220 support team immediately through the available support channels.
W220 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a third party accessing your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. We recommend using a strong, unique password and avoiding unsecured public networks when accessing your account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a w220 platform user, you agree not to engage in any activity that violates Malaysian law or the platform's terms of use. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform outside of normal usage.
- Attempting to manipulate or cheat the platform's gaming system, transactions, or promotions.
- Transferring funds between accounts or carrying out transactions on behalf of a third party.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Registering with false information or using another person's identity without their consent.
Violating any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure, as well as appropriate legal action depending on the severity of the breach.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the w220 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that your chosen payment method is valid, belongs to you, and has sufficient funds. w220 accepts a variety of local payment methods, including online bank transfers and e-wallets available in Malaysia.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within a set timeframe depending on your chosen payment method. Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered in your name only — transfers to third parties are not permitted. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary and are subject to the platform's current rules.
W220 reserves the right to place a hold on any transaction suspected of irregularities for verification or compliance purposes. In such cases, our support team may request additional documentation before the transaction can be completed. All financial information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
Account Closure & Suspension Policy
W220 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time and for any reasonable cause, including but not limited to failed identity verification, suspicious activity, breach of terms of use, or at the user's own request.
If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may not be returned, subject to management's decision following an investigation. Where an account is closed at your own request and no violation has been identified, any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedure.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to a violation are not permitted to re-register using different information. Any such attempt may result in further action.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
The w220 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times. w220 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform, including losses from gaming activity, technical disruptions, or unauthorised access that occurs outside of our control.
All platform content — including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of w220 or its associated third parties. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any of this content without our explicit written consent.
The w220 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any such third parties.
W220 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
